How We Work With You?

Typically, we collaborate with organizational stakeholders such as HR, L&D, or Talent Management leaders to map out the goals to build an effective action plan. The coaching sessions will be 1:1 with the coachee and are confidential. Alternatively, an individual can pursue professional development coaching independently of the organization. With or without stakeholder involvement, we consistently apply our seven-step approach with modifications, as necessary.

Where Offered?

Coaching sessions are offered virtually by video conference or phone as well as in-person sessions onsite or offsite. We make it convenient for you and are fully accessible via multiple modes.

What’s Your Investment?

We offer flexible and packaged pricing for your coaching journey. During our consultation, we discuss the needs for you and/or your organization along with the goals you want to achieve. We typically recommend bi-weekly or monthly sessions as part of a 3-month or 6-month package that is renewable. This offers sufficient time to see evidence of the progress and gauge how the relationship is developing.
